VES-2103 is a blend of approximately 15% ultra high viscosity dimethiconol in dimethicone fluid. It has a high affinity to skin and can form a soft protective film in face of skin or hair. For skin care, VES-2103 can gift a kind of special velvety and silky feel to skin. Non-tacky and freely dredges. As a carrier, it provides the best glossing and feeling properties for the skin care products, and enhances the long-lasting properties of other active ingredients on skin. In hair care, VES-2103 can improve gloss and texture of hair, and makes hair keeping long- lasting wet-smooth and velvet feel.
