Description
VES-2101 is a 13% solution of an ultra-high viscosity dimethiconol fluid in a blend of cyclotetrasiloxane and cyclopentasiloxane. It has high affinity with skin and hair, and is able to form and complete and balanced protective film. As VES-2101 has moderate volatile and can gift soft and silk feeling to product, it is idea carrier for hair care and scream products.
