VE-6123 is a colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid with light cream smell, soluble in organic solvents, insoluble in Arene, insoluble and stable in water. It also has slight decomposition in alkaline solution, but not corrosive.
VE-6123 is a chloric phosphate, as a flame retardant it is widely used in plastic and rubbers.
